Gear and Garment Executive position at BMW Motorrad – Munich Motors, Raipur : Job Title: Gear & Garment Executive – BMW Motorrad Location: Munich Motors, Sarona, Raipur Department: Apparel & Lifestyle – Motorrad Division Reporting to: Sales Manager / Brand Manager – BMW Motorrad Job Purpose: To manage the sales and display of BMW Motorrad riding gear, apparel, and lifestyle products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and alignment with BMW global retail identity standards. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in selecting the right riding gear, helmets, jackets, gloves, boots, and lifestyle apparel. Educate customers on the technical features, safety benefits, and styling of BMW Motorrad merchandise. Achieve individual and store sales targets for gear and garments. Upsell gear as part of the motorcycle sales process and ensure customer safety compliance. Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels and timely reordering of popular items. Conduct weekly stock audits and update inventory reports. Ensure all items are accurately tagged, priced, and displayed. Display & Visual Merchandising: Set up merchandise displays as per BMW CI/CD standards. Coordinate with the marketing team to design attractive layouts and in-store branding. Keep the gear section clean, organized, and visually appealing. Customer Experience & After-Sales: Provide fitting assistance and guidance for protective gear. Maintain a strong rapport with biking community members and returning customers. Handle customer feedback, exchanges, and complaints professionally. Reporting & Coordination: Generate daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management. Collaborate with the Motorrad sales team to bundle gear offers during vehicle delivery. Attend product training and brand sessions organized by BMW Motorrad India. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Graduate (preferred in Retail/Fashion/Sports Management). 1–3 years of experience in apparel, sports gear, or automotive accessory retail. Passion for biking and strong knowledge of riding gear essentials. Good communication skills and a pleasing personality. Familiar with POS billing systems and stock software.
