Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic individual who can sell and install our next-gen solar and hybrid energy storage systems. This hybrid role requires both sales acumen to convert leads and build relationships, and technical skills to manage site surveys, system applications, and oversee installations. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify, meet, and convert potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Conduct product presentations and explain benefits of solar + energy storage systems. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and partner referrals. Assist in preparing and negotiating quotations and proposals. Maintain CRM records and report sales activities. Site Survey & Application: Conduct on-site surveys to assess installation feasibility and load requirements. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for system sizing and BOM planning. Liaise with electricians and solar installation teams to ensure proper site readiness. Assist in product demos, testing, and handover post-installation. Required Qualifications Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy preferred. 10 years experience in solar/inverter/energy sector in a technical or sales capacity. Working knowledge of solar panels, hybrid inverters, and lithium battery systems. Basic knowledge of load calculations, net metering, and panel placements. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
