Our products range from defense training simulators and surveillance systems to advanced robotics and AI-based monitoring platforms.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to market, promote, and sell our cutting-edge AI, VR, and Robotics solutions to government clients and defense PSUs. The candidate must have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and experience or interest in government tendering, defense sales, and B2G (business-to-government) interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with decision-makers in government departments, defense organizations, PSUs, and training institutions.
  • Present and demonstrate AI, VR, and Robotics products to stakeholders through meetings, expos, and demo sessions.
  • Research and respond to government tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to align product specifications with client needs.
  • Attend defense exhibitions, seminars, and government-led industry events to represent MIPL.
  • Prepare compelling technical-commercial proposals, presentations, and compliance documentation.
  • Regularly follow up with procurement, technical evaluation committees, and end-users.
  • Ensure post-sales support coordination with clients and internal teams for successful deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Computer Science) + MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–6 years of experience in technical sales, preferably to government or PSU clients.
  • Strong understanding of technology domains: AI, VR, Robotics, Embedded Systems, or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal drafting skills.
  • Familiarity with GeM portal, defense procurement processes, and public tendering systems is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites, government offices, and exhibitions across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
