Role Description

Experience Required: 2–5 years in HVAC or related industries

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, promoting HVAC products (ducts, Axial Flow Fan , Centrifugal Blower, etc.), managing client relationships, and closing sales deals for our manufacturing unit. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge and sales expertise to offer the right solutions to clients in commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products/services.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or project handling.
  • Good technical understanding of HVAC systems and duct manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
