Engaged in F&B International Brands, Catering, Cafe & Restaurant.


Role Description

Sales & Business Development Manager required for luxury catering vertical engaged in various F&B verticals such as Restaurant, International F&B Brands, Corporate Food Services and Luxury Catering Format with Celebrity Chefs.

This is a full-time on-site role hybrid role based in Delhi NCR.

Key job descriptions are developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales process to attract new clients. The role involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to drive business growth. Additionally, the manager will prepare proposals, presentations, and reports, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Business Administration/ Hospitality with MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Market Research skills

Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills

Proposal, Presentation, and Report Preparation skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written

Experience in the hospitality industry preferably in luxury hotel, banquet and catering vertical.
