JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Head to lead and execute our marketing strategies and sales goals. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients while managing a team of marketing and sales professionals. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a strong understanding of the interior design industry

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to position the brand effectively.
• Set monthly and quarterly targets for the team and ensure they are met.

Team Management

• Supervise, support, and motivate the field marketer, digital marketer, and sales executive.
• Conduct regular reviews, provide training/coaching, and ensure team productivity.
• Align cross-functional goals and ensure seamless communication between marketing and sales.

Sales Management

• Oversee lead generation, client interactions, and sales pipeline management.
• Work closely with the sales executive to convert leads from inquiry to closure.
• Track sales performance metrics and optimize conversion strategies.

Marketing Oversight

• Guide digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, website) to increase online presence and lead generation.
• Plan and oversee field marketing initiatives, including site visits, partnerships with builders/architects, and local promotions.
• Monitor marketing ROI and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Brand & Client Engagement

• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms and materials.
• Represent the brand in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role (preferably in interior design, real estate, or B2C luxury sectors).
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing analytics, and sales platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
