Job Description

Sales and Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in operations related tasks like obtaining permits, ground handling and all terminal and ramp related operations
  • Oversee ground handling, flight operations, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery remotely and when at the airport.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, ground handling teams, and other service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and service expansions.
  • Develop proposals and presentations and present to potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities through platforms like Flight radar and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines, charter operators, FBOs, and other aviation stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Develop a portfolio and data base of clients to promote our services
  • Facilitate client onboarding and ensure smooth integration of services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and execute business growth strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, business development activities, and key metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and growth opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in aviation sales, charter sales, or trip support services.
  • Familiarity with international trip planning, airport operations, or flight dispatch is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Additional languages are advantageous in global markets.
  • Ability to sell aviation services (permits, fuel, handling, etc.) across regions.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Experience using CRMs.
  • Professional and persuasive communicator across phone, email, and in-person.
  • Understanding of aviation market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Ability to identify new markets and sales opportunities.
