Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and BD Executive, located in Mumbai. The Sales and BD Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying sales opportunities. The role involves coordinating with the marketing team to create promotional materials, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Executive will participate in shows, networking events, and handle customer queries and feedback. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and managing client relationships Strong market research, analysis, and reporting skills Proficiency in creating promotional materials and coordinating marketing activities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite ``` Show more Show less
