Overall Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and maintenance of software solutions Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a variety of technologies Debug and troubleshoot issues with software solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions Assist in the maintenance and upgrade of existing software solutions Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of software development processes and practices Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with the organization's goals and objectives Skills: Strong knowledge of software development principles and practices Knowledge of a variety of programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or others Familiarity with source control systems, such as Git Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development or related field Internship or relevant work experience in technology development is a plus Day-to-Day Activities: Contributing to the development and maintenance of software solutions Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a variety of technologies Debugging and troubleshooting issues with software solutions Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions Assisting in the maintenance and upgrade of existing software solutions Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of software development processes and practices Evaluating and recommending new technologies that align with the organization's goals and objectives Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field is a plus Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
