Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development and Market Analysis skills
• Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous
• Work Expereince in Lithium batteries technology is added advantage
• 3+ Years experience
