Senior Recruitment Operations Manager

Recruitment Operations Leadership

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for domestic and international clients.

  • Execute high-volume (bulk), lateral, and leadership hiring within TAT and cost metrics.

  • Standardize recruitment workflows, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 recruiters and team leads.

  • Set and track performance targets, conduct reviews, and initiate training programs.

  • Foster high-performance and ownership-driven culture.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as SPOC for key clients, manage escalations, and conduct reviews meetings.

  • Ensure SLA adherence, gather feedback, and customize hiring strategies as needed.
