Role Summary:We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent to support our rapid growth across sales, operations, tech, and corporate roles. If you're passionate about finding the right people and building strong teams in a fast-paced fintech environment, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs across functions including sales, operations, customer service, and technology. Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Apna Shine), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and campus drives. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and coordinate assessments as needed. Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements across branches and corporate offices. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards. Collaborate with the HR team to support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing. Track hiring metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time), cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or a fast-paced sales-driven organization. Familiarity with recruitment tools, HR Software and Familiar with Excel,word. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage candidates.
