We’re looking for an energetic and skilled IT Recruiter to join our growing team at Impactica Solution. If you’re passionate about connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and schedule interviews.

Conduct detailed interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Manage the full recruitment cycle — from posting to offer negotiation.

Guide managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluations, and market trends.

Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and managers.

Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and build a strong talent pipeline.

Foster relationships with passive candidates for future roles.

Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

🛠 What We’re Looking For:

6 months – 1 year of experience in bulk IT recruitment.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) — a must.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Positive attitude and a passion for finding the right talent.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Educational background in B.Tech (CS/IT) or BCA preferred.

HR/recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) — a plus.
