-Design and deliver training programs across all RCM functions:
-Train new hires and provide refresher programs to ensure high-quality performance
-Develop SOPs, manuals, quizzes, assessments, and presentations
-Track healthcare regulation changes and update training content accordingly Collaborate with QA and Operations to identify training gaps
-Monitor trainee performance and provide regular coaching feedback
-Lead cross-functional onboarding for billing, coding, and AR departments
-Evaluate training success through post-training assessments and job performance
Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on experience)
