Position: Q-Commerce Manager

Location: Kamla Nagar, Delhi (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-oriented Q-Commerce Manager to drive growth across leading quick commerce and e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset to ensure operational excellence and consistent revenue delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership: Manage daily operations, performance, and relationships across major Q-Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website)
  • Sales Management: Track sales performance, analyze sell-through and offtake data, and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • PO Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure accurate, timely dispatch of purchase orders and adherence to platform SLAs
  • Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with internal teams for demand planning, ensuring inventory readiness and avoiding stockouts or overstocking
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for resolving operational issues including delays, escalations, stock discrepancies, or return anomalies
  • Growth Execution: Identify and implement new growth opportunities including expansion into geographies, launching new SKUs, and activating platform-led initiatives
  • Data and Insights: Conduct weekly data analysis including sales, fill rates, return trends, and lead internal reviews for performance tracking
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align on campaign plans and execution strategies
  • Strategic Projects: Assist the Revenue Lead with high-impact initiatives including category development, pricing, and key promotional campaigns

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Achievement of revenue growth and target sales across all platforms
  • Timely and accurate execution of POs with 95 percent or higher fill rate
  • Quick resolution of escalations and platform-related operational issues
  • Precise forecasting and inventory planning to maintain service levels
  • Successful rollout of new products, features, and platform integrations
  • High platform hygiene through accurate content, optimized listings, and SLA compliance
  • Clear, actionable performance reporting and insights during weekly reviews

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Q-Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, or D2C platforms
  • Strong command of seller dashboards, backend tools, and platform management
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and sales performance tracking
  • Must be available for a full-time, office-based role at our Kamla Nagar (Delhi) headquarters
