Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The QA Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality by designing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as identifying potential improvements in both the testing and product development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute test cases to verify product functionality and performance.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution. Work closely with developers to ensure clear communication and understanding of defect priorities.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive coverage. Collaborate on automation initiatives, creating or running automated scripts as needed.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to understand product requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Test Documentation: Maintain and update test cases, test plans, and other testing documentation as per standards and in line with project updates.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA processes and frameworks, helping to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in testing workflows.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks will be preferred.
• Technical Skills: Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, or similar). Basic knowledge in SQL.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for defect documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
