Quality Assurance Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible to perform the Quality assurance function for capital equipment's bulk material handling equipment's such as conveyor, bucket elevator, feeder, crusher and screen belt conveyor. Have experience of capital equipment's and bulk material handling systems as quality assurance engineer and having NDT certification and welding engineer certificate will be an added advantage.

Education - B.E. Mechanical

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Specific Industry Experience: Project Industry / Capital Equipment Manufacturing / Heavy Machineries (Machine Tools)

Other Requirements: Knowledge of NDT techniques / calibration of instrument / destructive testing SAP-MM / QA Module

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection of all incoming material for dimension and test certificates.
• Visit to vendor suppliers for inspection of equipment's machining items, raw material, forging, heat treatment and ensuring same are as per the drawings and quality standards requirement.
• Preparation of QAP for all the projects and submission & follow up with the customer for approval on time ensuring that it is not affecting the final delivery of the project.
• Keeping records of all quality documents related to all project and submission to customer for final clearance
• Planning and arranging the inspection and obtaining the clearance from the customer.
