QA Engineer

Hi All, we are hiring for QA Engineers, for Junior, Senior and Lead role, kindly refer the below description. What You Will Do: · Leading and mentoring a team of software testers, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing performance feedback · Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into test plans & cases · Identify potential testing risks and implementing mitigation strategies · Provide regular updates on testing progress and presenting test reports to stakeholders · Evaluate and recommend appropriate testing tools based on project needs · Stay up to date on testing techniques and emerging technologies · Execute manual test cases on time with quality · Create defects and provide details on the defect found, repro steps, system and build info, and all the logs to support troubleshooting · Create test plans and test cases · Provide estimates and timelines for assigned testing tasks · Attend Team Agile meetings and provide reports/updates on assigned tasks: Daily Stand up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Backlog refinements, and retrospectives. Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience · Experience with white-box testing · Linux command line experience · Ability to create test cases from DevOp stories & requirements · Experience with Azure DevOps · Strong documentation and organizational skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment · Strong collaboration skills · Works independently or well with a team · Wants to continuously grow knowledge base · Collaborative, consultative mindset Preferred Qualifications: · Testing experience with Firmware/Embedded systems · Testing experience in ARM based microcontrollers, such as ST Micro, NXP, or Silicon Labs EFM. · Familiarity with serial communication protocols · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Show more Show less
