Job Title: QA Automation Engineer – Web & Mobile Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4+ Years Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both manual and automation testing of web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality releases by identifying, reporting, and verifying defects, and creating robust test scenarios using modern tools and frameworks. Key Responsibilities Gather, understand, and maintain business requirements related to new enhancements and change requests.Design, create, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications and mobile apps.Conduct mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms using tools such as BrowserStack.Perform end-to-end validation of application workflows, ensuring data integrity and functional accuracy.Write SQL queries to validate backend data and support complex testing scenarios.Utilize test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Jasmine, or similar.Implement and maintain automation test scripts using Cypress with TypeScript or Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python.Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to deliver high-quality software.Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and provide detailed bug reports.Continuously contribute to process improvement and QA best practices. Required Skills And Qualifications 4+ years of experience in software testing including both manual and automation.Strong hands-on experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android).Experience with tools such as BrowserStack for mobile device testing.Proficient in writing SQL queries for validating data across multiple test scenarios.Practical knowledge of automation tools and frameworks like Cypress with TypeScript, Selenium WebDriver, and scripting in Java/Python.Familiarity with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Jasmine, etc.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based development environments.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
