About The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing IT training and upskilling provider operating in the Professional Education & Technology Services sector. Specializing in enterprise software development curricula, we equip fresh graduates and working engineers with production-ready skills demanded by global clients. Our classrooms, labs, and project-based programs are designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world software engineering standards.Role & Responsibilities

Deliver immersive, hands-on Python sessions to entry-level and mid-career engineers in an on-site classroom setting.
Design, update, and version-control courseware covering core Python, OOP, data structures, web frameworks, and testing.
Lead live coding demos, code reviews, and hackathon-style projects that mimic industry SDLC workflows.
Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, pair-programming assessments, and capstone project grading.
Collaborate with placement and industry liaison teams to align content with current hiring requirements.
Mentor trainees on best practices in git, Agile, and problem-solving to raise job-readiness metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years professional Python development in production environments.
Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Experience with at least one Python web framework (Django or Flask).
Prior classroom, bootcamp, or corporate training facilitation experience.
Excellent verbal communication and live coding fluency.
Proficiency with git, unit testing, and virtual environments.

Preferred

Exposure to data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
Knowledge of cloud deployment on AWS or Azure.
Hands-on with CI/CD tools and Docker.
Certification in training or instructional design.
Experience tailoring content for BFSI or Telecom domains.
Contributions to open-source Python projects.
