Job description Job Title: Pytha Designer / Draughtsman – Retail Store & Furniture Location: Bhiwandi Department: Design Reports To: Design Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Pytha Designer / Draughtsman with expertise in 3D modeling, technical drawing, and detailing for retail store fixtures and custom furniture . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Pytha software , along with a good understanding of joinery, materials, and production processes. You will play a key role in translating design concepts into production-ready technical drawings and 3D visualizations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Pytha software for retail store fixtures, modular furniture, and custom joinery. Translate design briefs and concept sketches into accurate working drawings suitable for manufacturing. Develop detailed cutting lists, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and material specifications . Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure accurate execution. Revise drawings based on client or stakeholder feedback and site measurements. Ensure technical feasibility, material efficiency, and alignment with production capabilities. Maintain design documentation, CAD libraries, and drawing archives. Support in prototyping and resolving technical challenges during production and installation. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in retail furniture or interior design industry. Proficiency in Pytha 3D CAD Software is mandatory . Additional knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other CAD tools is a plus. Solid understanding of furniture construction, joinery techniques, and production methods. Ability to read architectural plans, interpret measurements, and perform site-related drafting. Key Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented with high technical accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
