Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Design Location: Bhiwandi Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years (Interior Design or Fit-out Projects) Reporting To: Project Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with experience in interior design projects to manage on-site execution, ensure quality control, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior fit-out works and the ability to lead teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations at the interior design site. Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and workers. Ensure that project execution aligns with design plans and technical drawings. Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager. Handle on-site problem-solving and communicate with the design team for quick resolutions. Conduct quality checks for materials and finished work. Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage inventory. Maintain proper documentation of site activities and labor. Act as the point of contact for clients during site visits. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in supervising interior design or fit-out projects. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Working knowledge of MS Office and basic project reporting tools. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD and site layout interpretation. Ability to handle multiple vendors and subcontractors. Experience in high-end residential or commercial interiors is a plus.
