Loxala is a next-generation freelance platform reshaping how talent and businesses connect across the globe. We’re now looking for a Project Manager from India to join our operations and help us stay aligned, on time, and moving forward.

Your Mission

You’ll act as the operational brain behind our teams managing deliverables, timelines, task owners, and feature releases. You’ll work with designers, developers, product managers, and leadership to coordinate product launches and updates with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Break large goals into clear action plans and timelines
• Assign and track tasks across cross-functional teams (design, frontend, backend, content)
• Run weekly stand-ups, status updates, and sprint planning
• Use tools like Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or Jira to manage workflows
• Monitor blockers, delays, and resource needs
• Help ensure all deliverables meet deadlines with proper documentation
• Report project health and risks to leadership weekly
• Work with global teams across time zones (USA, Brazil, Europe)

Requirements

• Located in

  India

  , fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience managing digital projects or SaaS products
• Experience working with remote teams (especially tech/design teams)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in modern project tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product design workflows

Nice to Have

• Technical or product background (you understand dev/designer lingo)
• Experience with agile or scrum methodologies
• Prior experience in platforms or marketplaces
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, GitLab, Slack, or Miro
