Job Description

Project Planning & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure effective execution of construction projects from start to finish.
Site Management & Coordination
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Monitor project costs, control expenses, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Approve vendor bills, track material usage, and manage procurement schedules.
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure construction quality and standards are maintained as per design and specifications.
Comply with safety regulations and statutory requirements (local municipal/approval authorities).
Team Management
Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and workers.
Delegate tasks effectively and manage performance and productivity.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the single point of contact between clients and the internal team.
Provide timely updates, reports, and presentations on project progress.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and disputes proactively.
Develop and execute mitigation strategies as needed.
Project Closure & Handover
Oversee final inspections, documentation, and completion certificates.
Ensure successful handover of the project to the client with all deliverables in place.
