Job Role: Project Management Experience: 0–1 Years Location: Ahmedabad, India We are seeking a dynamic and high-potential to join us. This role is designed for fresh MBA graduates (0–1 years of experience) from premier Indian B-schools, who are passionate about operations, project execution, and driving transformation in the Pharma sector. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to manage strategic projects, streamline processes, and support plant-level and corporate initiatives. Required Qualifications: MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 Indian B-Schools (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI, etc.), Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Pharmacy / Life Sciences (preferred). Prior internship or pre-MBA experience in Pharmaceutical industry is desirable. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); familiarity with project management tools is a plus. Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities. Passion for the pharmaceutical industry and interest in manufacturing operations.
