AREN FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED is a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of Rendering plant machinery, delivering reliable, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions for the processing industry.


Job Summary:


The Project Engineer oversees the end-to-end execution of mechanical machinery projects—from planning and design coordination to fabrication, installation, commissioning, and overall oversight—ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timelines. The Project Engineer supervises and supports the Site Engineer, who manages on-site execution directly.


Key Responsibilities:


• Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules in

coordination with design, procurement, and

production teams.

• Track project progress and adjust timelines to

ensure milestones are met.

• Coordinate resources—manpower, materials, and

subcontractors—for smooth execution.

• Design & Technical Support

• Interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and

fabrication details.

• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure

manufacturability and functionality.

• Provide hands-on guidance during assembly, trial

phases, and commissioning.

• Vendor & Client Coordination

• Procure bought-out items and project-related

supplies through vendor liaison.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients on project

updates and technical matters.

• Prepare progress reports and technical

clarifications for stakeholders.

• Oversight of Site Execution

• Guide and monitor the Site Engineer, ensuring

installation and safety standards are followed.

• Review site activity reports and escalate any

challenges or deviations.

• Ensure smooth transition from installation to

commissioning via coordinated oversight.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation: BOQs, schedules,

inspection records, and completion reports.

• Report project status, manage risk assessments,

and propose mitigation strategies to leadership.


Qualifications & Skills:


• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• 3+ years of project execution experience,

especially in mechanical equipment or fabrication.

• Solid knowledge of fabrication, mechanical

assembly, and industrial machinery installation.

• Proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCAD and MS Project

—experience with Excel or project tracking tools is

a plus.

• Strong skills in interpreting technical drawings and

independently managing technical tasks.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and

problem-solving abilities.



Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Rendering plant machinery or

Process-equipment projects.

• Exposure to industrial safety procedures, QA/QC

standards, and client coordination.



Remuneration:


Competitive package based on experience, with travel and site allowances as applicable.
