Organization: Sterlite EdIndia Foundation Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Type: Full-time (6-month probation) Experience: Min. 6 years in education sector About EdIndia Non-profit improving education quality via tech & data Supported by Sterlite Power Operates in 6 states including Rajasthan Focus areas: Teacher education, data-driven decision-making, community empowerment Key Responsibilities Operations (50%) Coordinate teacher training, mentoring & academic events Provide on-site support to schools & TEIs (B.Ed./DIET) Liaise with education department officials Track project progress, maintain documentation & dashboards Organize workshops and capacity-building sessions Data & Analytics (30%) Support M&E, content development, and platform engagement Conduct data analysis, generate insights & reports Promote evidence-based decision-making Academics (20%) Deliver training for pre-service & in-service teachers Develop training content & localized learning material Document training impact & feedback Who Should Apply?
