Role Overview

Project Coordinator – Strategic Operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize calendars, meeting schedules, and logistics for the leadership team.
Coordinate travel plans, expense reports, and event facilitation.
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and internal memos.
Capture meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Help plan internal events, workshops, and client-facing sessions.
Maintain confidential information and streamline communication across teams.

Your Profile

Graduate in any discipline, with a keen interest in digital technology, consulting, or marketing tech.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time-management (~prioritisation) skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office.
Proactive problem-solver with curiosity and a “get things done” mindset.
Professional, collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
