About The Opportunity A high-availability fintech platform provider in the Banking & Financial Services industry, we keep mission-critical trading and payment systems running 24/7. Our Production Support team safeguards real-time data flows and transaction integrity for global clients by pairing robust SRE practices with deep application expertise. Role & Responsibilities Monitor production environments, triage alerts, and restore service within defined SLA targets. Investigate incidents using log analysis, SQL diagnostics, and systematic troubleshooting to identify root cause. Execute break-fixes, configuration changes, and deployment rollbacks in line with change-management protocols. Automate routine health checks and reporting with shell or PowerShell scripts to reduce MTTR. Collaborate with DevOps and engineering squads to deliver post-mortem findings and preventive action plans. Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and shift-handover documentation to uphold support excellence. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 3-5 years supporting Java/.NET or SQL-driven production applications on Linux or Windows servers. Strong command of SQL, shell scripting, and log aggregation tools such as Splunk or ELK. Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management under ITIL or SRE frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes or similar orchestration, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Preferred Exposure to automation with Python/Ansible and monitoring suites such as AppDynamics, Prometheus, or Grafana.
