Role Overview

Production Coordinator (Video Ads)

This is not a purely administrative role — it's a hands-on coordination position requiring strong creative production knowledge, client-facing confidence, and an operational grasp of how gaming-centric ad content gets made. If you’ve worked on fast-paced creative projects, led timelines across remote cross functional teams, and have a passion for games and storytelling — we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

 Own the end-to-end production timeline across multiple video ad campaigns — from intake to delivery — ensuring all milestones are met with quality and speed.


Client Liaison:

 Act as the primary point of contact for select clients, handling communication, gathering feedback, aligning expectations, and translating vision into actionable creative plans.


Creative Pipeline Manageme

 Maintain and refine production workflows across motion, video, and graphics teams. Understand dependencies, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively resolve conflicts.


.Brief & Asset Management:

 Collaborate with Creative Strategists to turn briefs into production-ready tasks. Oversee asset collection (gameplay, voiceovers, screenshots, copy), and ensure editors and designers have what they need to execute.


.Quality Control & Review:

 Track revisions, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and work with internal teams to ensure creative meets the brief, brand guidelines, and performance goals.


6.Tooling & Documentation:

 Utilize project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar) and maintain real-time status updates, documentation, and resource allocations.


Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in creative production, project coordination, or producer roles within a fast-paced studio, marketing agency, or post-production environment.
  • Proven experience managing timelines, resources, and creative delivery for digital video campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — both written and verbal (fluency in English is a must).
  • Strong understanding of video post-production workflows: editing, motion design, rendering, versioning, and delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams across time zones.
  • Ability to lead client conversations with clarity, confidence, and empathy — especially under pressure or ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry, its aesthetics, genres, and performance-driven creative best practices.
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a data-informed and iterative creative process — agile by mindset and systems thinker by nature.
  • Availability to work in US time zones.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on ad creatives for gaming, entertainment, or app-based industries.
  • Experience using or managing projects that involve AI tools in creative production (e.g., Runway ML, Kaiber, Adobe Sensei).
  • Familiarity with tools used by video teams: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Frame.io, Figma, Google Drive.
  • Previous work with distributed teams and remote production models.
