What are we looking for?
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of AI-first applications powered by LLMs and intelligent agents. This role is central to our strategy—building cutting-edge conversational agents, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions for automotive dealers and buyers. You’ll work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and GTM teams to launch products that power Spyne’s growth from $5M to $20M+ ARR. From concept to adoption, you’ll own the full product lifecycle and help define the future of automotive retail.
What will you do?
Product Strategy & Vision
– Define and execute the roadmap for LLM-powered applications and AI agents, aligning with market trends and user needs.AI Innovation
– Drive cutting-edge applications like chatbots, decision-support systems, and task automation.Research & Experimentation
– Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to fine-tune and deploy LLMs for real-world use cases.AI Agent Development
– Build context-aware AI agents that integrate seamlessly into user workflows.User Experience & Adoption
– Convert user pain points into intuitive, AI-driven solutions with explainable outputs.Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to prototype and scale LLM-based features.Performance Metrics
– Define and track KPIs such as accuracy, response time, and user engagement.Continuous Optimization
– Enhance AI model efficiency and user satisfaction through iterative improvements.GTM Strategy & Execution
- Craft the launch strategy with marketing, sales, and customer success. Drive beta adoption, pricing pilots, and success metrics tracking.
What you must have?
- 3-4 years of product management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven products.
- Proven experience building or scaling LLM-powered applications (GPT, Claude, etc.).
- Strong familiarity with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, context management, and model evaluation.
- Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of AI product metrics.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 3-4 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, automotive tech, or AI-first platforms.
- Have built and scaled 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 products. Bonus if in a global/B2B context.
- Understand the power of GenAI/Computer Vision and have worked closely with ML teams.
- Think in systems and execute with urgency.
- Can ruthlessly prioritize, and are obsessive about user workflows and business impact.
