Role: Vice President of Engineering Experience: 15+ Years Location: Mumbai (Preferred) or Pune with 3 days working from Mumbai office A sneak peek into the role: As the VP of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of the engineering operations. You will lead a team of ~150 talented, hard-working engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to deliver secure, reliable, and easy to use solutions. Here's what you will get to explore: Culture – Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation living up to the value system of the company Team – Grow and manage a team of high-performance engineers, technical architects and cloud / dev-ops managers. Mentor and manage the engineering leaders and ensure they have the clarity and capabilities to deliver on the product vision. Strategy and goals – Contribute to organization wide strategy as well as the engineering goals aligned to that strategy. Define and get consensus around aggressive but achievable goals for the engineering team Resource management – Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to maximize the effectiveness of the engineering team.
