Product Manager

What You’ll Do

• This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager.
• Work directly with founders to define product use cases and requirements.
• You will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering and guide roadmap priorities, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product development, conducting market research, coordinating product launches, and ensuring the product aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• You will own the product journey from idea to launch.

You Should Have

• 3–4 years of strong experience in product management
• A user-first mindset and ability to write clear product specs
• Strong Ability to collaborate with designers and developers to ship features
• Ability to make basic edits in Figma to support design workflows
• Experience working in early-stage or consumer tech teams

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in market research and customer feedback analysis
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience with short-term rental or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
