• Product Vision and Strategy:

  Defining the product's overall direction, long-term goals, and roadmap. 

• Hiring:

  Ability to hire the right people in the right role.

• Market Research and Analysis:

  Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. 

• Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:

  Defining and prioritizing product features based on user feedback and business goals.

  Working closely with engineering, testing, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution. 

• Product Launch and Iteration:

  Managing the product launch process and continuously iterating based on user feedback and performance data.

  Communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholders, including leadership and other teams.
