Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Process Specialist-CDM/PV with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI and a background in Research and Development or PV Case Processing. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not involve travel. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions to enhance CDM/PV processes Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing workflows to improve efficiency Provide technical expertise in Generative AI to support various projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems to ensure optimal functionality Develop and maintain documentation for AI processes and systems Train team members on the use of AI tools and technologies Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all AI-related activities Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in AI processes Support the development of new AI-driven methodologies for CDM/PV Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and related technologies Qualifications Possess a strong background in Generative AI with practical experience Demonstrate expertise in Research and Development or PV Case Processing Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Show proficiency in integrating AI technologies into existing systems Have strong communication and collaboration skills Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
