About the Role

A Telecom Presales Solution Architect within a System Integrator role is responsible for designing and presenting tailored telecommunications solutions to clients, bridging the gap between sales and technical teams. They analyze customer needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Development: Analyze client requirements, design end-to-end telecom solutions, and ensure compatibility and interoperability across systems.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposals for RFPs and RFIs.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom technologies, market trends, and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and other teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the pre-sales process.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, VMware, Cisco, AWS, Azure) are often preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., network infrastructure, cloud services, software applications).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex telecom solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in integrating various systems and technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Understanding the client's existing IT landscape and designing solutions that integrate seamlessly with it.
