About the Role: We are looking for two highly skilled Senior Software Developers with 8+ years of experience, including at least 1 year as a Team Lead, to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience with PHP and its frameworks (Laravel preferred) and a strong understanding of MySQL database design and optimization. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, overseeing project development, and managing direct communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable PHP-based applications. Optimize MySQL queries and database structures for performance and scalability. Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing. Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, frontend developers, and DevOps. Implement and maintain security best practices in web applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of professional software development experience. 1+ year experience as a Team Lead, managing developers and client communications. Strong expertise in PHP and PHP frameworks (Laravel & CodeIgniter, etc.). Proficiency in MySQL, including database design, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles. Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab). Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React) is a plus. Show more Show less
