Job Summary:

We are seeking a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team in Noida, Sector 18. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-backed ad strategies that drive traffic, leads, and conversions for both eCommerce and service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Perform keyword research, analyze search volume and competition, and define targeting strategies.
• Craft compelling ad copies and design landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to ensure unified messaging and smooth UX.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce and service sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking setup.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results and scaling campaigns effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and optimization.
