Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Ads Manager with strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our growing team. This role demands more than execution—it requires leadership, team collaboration, and a focus on performance-driven results. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization while also mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Develop full-funnel ad strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion goals.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively with focus on ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPL targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Guide and mentor junior marketers or interns, setting clear goals and reviewing campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform changes, industry trends, and ad policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Demonstrated success in handling budgets and delivering strong campaign performance.
  • Experience in team coordination or leadership is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audience strategies.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Good to Have:

  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications
  • Experience with e-commerce campaigns or multi-channel strategies
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, or Zapier
  • Knowledge of other ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
