Job description Position: Performance Marketing (Manager) Location: Saket, New Delhi – 110030 Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday-Saturday) Phone: +91-7683059468 Experience - Minimum 2+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing (Manager) with a strong command over lead generation strategies and hands-on experience managing Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-performing ad campaigns that drive quality leads and measurable ROI across Google platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Ads, with a strong focus on Performance Max , Search , Display , Shopping , and YouTube . Strategize and optimize campaigns specifically for lead generation goals (form submissions, calls, appointment bookings, etc.). Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform targeting and bidding strategies. Develop persuasive ad copy and creative briefs for banner/video assets. Optimize campaigns regularly through A/B testing, bid strategies, and conversion-focused adjustments. Implement and monitor conversion tracking , lead attribution, and offline conversion imports via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Create and manage custom audiences, lookalike segments, and intent-based targeting strategies. Collaborate with web/UX teams to optimize landing pages for lead conversion (CRO). Prepare detailed performance reports and present campaign insights with clear action plans for improvement. Requirements: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads with a focus on lead generation . Expertise in managing Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns. Google Ads Certification(s) strongly preferred. Deep understanding of key performance metrics: CPL, ROAS, Quality Score, Conversion Rate. Experience with lead tracking , event setup, and custom conversions via GTM and GA4 . Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
