About the Role


We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at The Internet Generation. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital ads, knows how to scale campaigns, and can break down performance metrics like a pro.


You'll be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate understands the full-funnel customer journey and uses data to make smart, growth-driven decisions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to meet performance goals (ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, etc.)
  • Analyze performance data daily, weekly, and monthly to deliver actionable insights and optimization plans.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-converting ad assets.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance for internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry best practices.


Requirements


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of performance metrics and attribution models.
  • Experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc. is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of landing page conversion flows and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data and make real-time decisions based on insights.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or lead-gen performance campaigns.


Nice to Have


  • Knowledge of SEO or organic traffic strategies.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier or ad scripts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
