Performance Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hunger Tail, a fast-growing pet care and nutrition brand, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 46 years of experience to drive our digital growth. Youll lead multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, ecommerce (Amazon, Flipkart), quick commerce (Swiggy Instamart, BlinkIt), and affiliate platforms, optimizing our mid-funnel performance and boosting ROAS

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta (FB/Instagram), e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart), Q-commerce (Swiggy Insta, BlinkIt), and affiliate networks.
• Own media budget planning and forecasting across digital channels.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, affiliate platforms, and e-commerce analytics.
• Strengthen mid-funnel strategies - retargeting, dynamic ads, lookalikes to plug current performance gaps
• Set up robust A/B tests, experiments, and funnel optimization to reduce drop-off and enhance user engagement .
• Monitor, analyze, and manage budgets and metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with creative, content, product, and sales teams to align performance campaigns with brand goals Innovate new channel experiments (affiliate, influencers, programmatic)
• Shift media ownership from external agencies to agile inhouse execution

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 46 years in performance marketing, preferably with D2C or agency exposure
• Demonstrable success running and scaling digital campaigns (Meta, Google, ecommerce)
• Strong analytics skills and familiarity with GA4, Ads Manager, A/B testing
• Affiliate or Qcommerce marketing experience is a plus
