We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager | Bandra, Mumbai

Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling e-commerce or D2C brands through high-impact campaigns? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of our paid marketing efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

📍 Location:

Currently Remote | Future On-site: Bandra, Mumbai (Open to Relocation)

🧠 Experience: 3+ years in Performance Marketing

🛍️ Industry: E-commerce | D2C | Wellness/Beauty/Lifestyle (Preferred)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).

Own campaign budgets, segmentation, creatives briefing, and tracking.

Monitor and improve key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rates.

Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

Analyze performance data and share actionable insights.

Collaborate with design, product, and content teams for aligned messaging.

Stay updated with the latest in performance marketing and digital tools.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.

Proven record of scaling campaigns with positive ROI.

Strong grip on Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Excel/Sheets.
