Role Description

This is a full-time Performance Marketing Manager role located in Pune with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work from home. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing performance marketing campaigns, monitoring and optimizing advertising budgets, and analyzing campaign performance. The manager will also be responsible for strategizing and implementing digital marketing efforts across various channels and platforms to drive ROI and growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, PPC, and Paid Social Media
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Analytics Tools, and Campaign Optimization
• Experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce Marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Market Research
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor’s degree as Btech is preferred
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
• Experience in team handling is a plus
