Performance Marketing Manager

- Take ownership of performance marketing from start to finish, including
strategic planning and hands-on execution.- Evaluate and report campaign performance, offering insights for continuousimprovement against Key Result expectations.- Conduct market and competitive research to spot opportunities andenhance campaign effectiveness.- Promote a culture of experimentation, planning, executing, measuring, andoptimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to optimize both marketing campaignsand the overall product user experience.- Develop and manage long-term marketing budget projections, ensuringeffective resource allocation for strategic growth.Essential Requirements:- At least 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.- Hands-on experience with Meta marketing and AdWords for D2Ccommerce.- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap, andLooker. Ability to derive meaningful insights from data to guide marketingstrategies and campaign optimizations.- Proven track record in designing and conducting A/B experiments to testand refine marketing strategies.Desirable Skills:Proficiency in driving landing page optimization initiatives as an integral partof the user funnel conversion process.
