Hi Eberyone1 We at ANJ Creations Pvt Ltd are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media initiatives across multiple platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact paid marketing strategies, managing a team of digital marketers, and optimizing campaign performance to achieve our acquisition and growth goals. Company Description ANJ Creations Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001, 27001, CMMI Level 3, AIR empaneled, DAVP empaneled (Print, Multimedia) & full INS Accredited agency with its corporate office in New Delhi and branches in Mumbai, Lucknow, Allahabad & Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution: Own and scale paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Programmatic platforms. Develop full-funnel media strategies aligned with business objectives (acquisition, retargeting, brand awareness). Allocate and manage monthly budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paid media specialists and analysts. Drive team performance through clear KPIs, regular reviews, and upskilling. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, sales, and product teams to support integrated campaigns. Optimization & Analysis: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies. Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare actionable insights and reports for leadership. Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc., for data-driven decisions. Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Experiment with new channels and ad formats to diversify and scale performance. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing with at least 5 years in a team management role. Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms. Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies. Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and relevant ad tech tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in e-commerce, B2C, or D2C preferred. Work from office Delhi Onsite role
