Role Overview


We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in managing and executing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Bing, etc. The ideal candidate is execution-focused and comfortable working with multiple client accounts simultaneously, handling campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization with attention to detail and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

● Run and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing, and other ad platforms for multiple clients.

● Set up ad sets, creatives, target groups, budget,s and monitor campaign performance.

● Assist client in onboarding, campaign launches, and reporting.

● Collaborate with content and design teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.

● Monitor and optimize ads to improve CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

● Conduct regular audits and make data-backed adjustments.

● Support tracking implementation using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

● Stay informed about platform updates, ad trends, and campaign best practices.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience in lead generation campaigns is a must-have.
  • Experience working on multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Working knowledge of key performance metrics and how to optimize them.
  • At least one Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
