a. Responsible for generating, analyzing, and managing Management Information System (MIS) reports to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain regular MIS reports including, but not limited to, financial performance, operational metrics, and sales performance. Design and implement dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to management. Conduct in-depth analysis of MIS reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. b. Collaborate with senior executives and other departments (e.g., finance, operations, Engineering) to align performance analysis with organizational goals and strategies. Collaboration with cross functional teams for Annual budget planning. Tracking of performance impacting availabilities parameters like- Major component failure, repetitive failures, low plant availability, curtailment and external grid failures c.
