Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Field Services Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Fusion Field Services (FFS), and their integration with Oracle Cloud ERP modules. The role demands hands-on experience in field service scheduling, dispatch, technician tracking, and mobile configuration, along with a deep understanding of SCM, Procurement, and PPM modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud and Fusion Field Services modules.
  • Manage scheduling, dispatch, and tracking for field operations.
  • Develop and manage integrations between OFSC/FFS and other enterprise systems.
  • Customize and develop forms within OFSC/FFS applications.
  • Support UAT, testing, and production rollout.
  • Provide configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the application.
  • Work within Agile teams, ensuring clear documentation and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project Management.
  • Engage directly with clients for requirement gathering, solution presentation, and issue resolution.

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
