Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless daily operations, strengthening franchise performance, and enabling the company’s long-term growth. This role requires strong leadership, executional excellence, and a strategic mindset to ensure our operations align with growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations across departments (training, marketing, CRM, support) Coordinate franchisee onboarding, training schedules, and documentation Ensure franchise compliance, performance tracking, and regular follow-ups Align internal operations with the company’s short-term and long-term growth goals Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide insights to management Coordinate training programs (online & offline) for trainers, counselors, and franchisees Ensure proper use of CRM portals, mobile apps, and reporting systems Support execution of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives Foster strong communication with franchise partners and internal teams Contribute to strategic planning and suggest solutions for scaling operations Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 3–7 years of experience in operations, franchise management, or coordination roles Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment Prior experience in the education or training sector will be an advantage A growth-driven mindset with the ability to manage and scale operations
